In this PR I have added support for taking the
config fileas a dict forKubernetesHook. This option can be useful for usingKubernetesHookinside theKubernetesPodTrigger. We already have this option forAsyncKubernetesHook. InKubernetesPodTriggerwe can't useconfig_filefor security reasons.^ Add meaningful description above
