While implementing #53563 I saw that we have a couple of redundant scripts to generate OpenAPI specs. For Edge I need another... and not to copy&paste another one, this PR consolidates the generation scripts to which I'd add another entry for ende in the PR.
With this PR the scripts for fab+keycloak are consolidated to one script, pre-commit calls (prek calls) are consolidated. Can also help once we split the prek config into elements for the monorepo :-D
