There are many phases of the Bedrock test where the IAM resource based policies interplay with opensearch and cause test failures. Add more of these edgecases to existing retry mechanisms.

Examples:

ValidationException: An error occurred (ValidationException) when calling the CreateKnowledgeBaseoperation: The knowledge base storage configuration provided is invalid... Request failed:[http_exception] server returned 401

In case of fundamental code changes, an Airflow Improvement Proposal (AIP) is needed.
