In this PR I have removed tasks which use
DirectRunnerinBeamRunJavaPipelineOperatorandBeamRunPythonPipelineOperatorfrom Google Cloud Dataflow system tests. Because when these operators run withDirectRunnerthey do not use and test any google's provider related code. And because of it we decided to run and test only Beam's operators withDataflowRunnerwhich uses google provider's related code and connects with Google Cloud Dataflow service.^ Add meaningful description above
