@minixar thanks, http://repos.bigtop.apache.org/releases/3.3.0/rockylinux/8/x86_64 The packages from the Bigtop repository cannot be used directly for Ambari because they don't meet Ambari's installation prefix requirements. Ambari's own repository website is now ready at https://www.apache-ambari.com/download/. The release will be available once the email vote passes. |

This introduction should point to the 3.0 start guide instead of 2.7. Additionally, the supported operating systems are Rocky8 and 9.
