I think it's fine to just replace 2.7.8, 2.7.9 docs using 2.7.5 2.7.6

What is this PR for?
The new website shows 2.7.5 2.7.6 in the list of releases. They are actually removed. Add 2.7.8 and 2.7.9 instead.
