What happened?

CAdbcDriverExporter (which is currently in an unfinished state) marshals several arguments incorrectly:
ConnectionStub.ReadPartitition with serializedPartition
ConnectionStub.GetInfo with info_codes
ConnectionStub.GetObjects with table_type

How can we reproduce the bug?
