Thanks for doing this!

R is failing because it's missing the subdirectory structure (i.e., cannot rename file 'src/reader.h' to 'src/copy/reader.h', reason 'No such file or directory'). You can ensure it's created with if (!dir.exists("src/copy")) dir.create("src/copy") (or let me know...I don't mind pushing a fix).
