Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When executing CREATE VIEW, it runs the given SQL and returns it:

create view test as select 1;
+----------+
| Int64(1) |
+----------+
| 1        |
+----------+
1 row in set. Query took 0.046 seconds.

This is a problem when you just want to create a view that may return a lot of data. It should behave like other "create" commands like create external table, which just captures the definition but doesn't select * from it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
