[JS] Add support for StringView types

Arrow JS currently doesn't support the following string view types:

• BinaryView
• LargeBinaryView
• Utf8View
• LargeUtf8View

Arrow JS currently doesn't support the following string view types:

• Utf8View
• LargeUtf8View

This should be

• BinaryView
• Utf8View
• ListView
• LargeListView

There are no LargeBinaryView or LargeUtf8View types.

I'd recommend first focusing on BinaryView/Utf8View. Those are more common than ListView and LargeListView.
