This continues the process to move away from ComplexObjectArrayReader, as it slow, doesn't handle nesting correctly, and dates from a time before we had GenericRecordReader
What changes are included in this PR?
Uses the optimized ByteArrayReader to read the data, and then reinterprets it as decimal data.
Benchmark runs are scheduled for baseline = de7ad62 and contender = 34216d5. 34216d5 is a master commit associated with this PR. Results will be available as each benchmark for each run completes.
