[Go SDK]: Handle single-precision float values in the standard coders tests

The filtered row coder test involving single-precision floats was breaking due to a lack of proper handling in the Go-specific portions of the coder tests, leading to failures. This fixes the parsing and allows the test to pass.

Fixes #22629 (hopefully)
