Follow up of #31895
Dataflow runner does not respect DoFn LifeCycle, in particular, it does not call teardown (#31381).
#31895 was tested on direct runner but not Dataflow runner. This change tested on both direct runner and Dataflow runner and confirms that dataset has been deleted.
It will only delete the dataset that is created in setup bundle. The same service account owns the same dataset and should not have problem to delete it.
