Job Dependency Check currently only supports in-project dependency checking, and can consider supporting cross-project dependencies for global dependency analysis.(作业依赖检查目前只支持项目内依赖检查，是否可以考虑支持跨项目依赖，以便全局的依赖影响分析。) #236
