support read ipv4 type since Apache Doris 2.1.0
support read ipv6 since Apache Doris 2.1.1 , This issue arises from the incompatible conversion between IPv6 data type and Arrow data type. [fix](ip) conversion of ipv4 or ipv6 to arrow type doris#32240
Apache Doris supports IPv6 format, including IPv4-mapped format represented as ::ffff.255.255.255.255 and IPv4 to IPv6 conversion represented as ::0.1.0.0.
