Fe restart failed when replay erase table log

Describe the bug
当fe的配置catalog_trash_expire_second=0时，放入回收站的表会立即进行erase，可能会出现eraseTable log先于dropTable log的情况，在进行erase table log回放时报NullPointer错误而导致fe进程退出
