单节点FE 迁移启动失败 current node is not added to the cluster, will exit

单节点FE 迁移启动失败；
拷贝元数据（doris-meta）在新的目录，在 fe.conf 中添加配置：metadata_failure_recovery=true后可以启动成功，元数据正常，
但是删除metadata_failure_recovery=true配置后报错 current node is not added to the cluster, will exit
