intruduced from #50696
both method truncateTable(org.apache.doris.nereids.trees.plans.commands.TruncateTableCommand) in org.apache.doris.datasource.ExternalCatalog and method truncateTable(org.apache.doris.analysis.TruncateTableStmt) in org.apache.doris.datasource.iceberg.IcebergDLFExternalCatalog match
