[test](warmup) fix flaky periodic warmup cases

What problem does this PR solve?

Problem Summary:

Increase wait time in periodic warmup tests to reduce flakiness.
The wait is necessary for:

• Cache hotspot refresh
• Job scheduling and execution
• TTL cache size update

Execution will return early once conditions are met.
