Problem Summary:
This pull request fix a error where column sizes read from Parquet structs using lazy materialization do not match.

It originates from #17087. This issue was already fixed in master version #58785, but due to significant changes in #58785, it couldn't be merged into branch-3.1.

Therefore, this PR was created to fix it, and case #59777 was added to the master version.
