chore(deps): bump elliptic and @quasar/app in /editor

Removes [elliptic](https://github.com/indutny/elliptic). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@quasar/app](https://github.com/quasarframework/quasar). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `elliptic`

Updates `@quasar/app` from 2.0.8 to 3.3.3
