What is the purpose of the change

Introduce ForSt to existing IT Cases.

Brief change log

• Enable Async State in OneInputTransformation
• Introduce forst to AutoRescalingITCase, EventTimeWindowCheckpointingITCase, KeyedStateCheckpointingITCase
  , RescaleCheckpointManuallyITCase.

This change is a trivial rework , which is already covered by existing tests.
