Should the fluss-lakehouse-cli module be deprecated now, or should it be deprecated after merge the refactored implementation of the lakehouse

@ljw-hit I think we can deprecate now as we plan to release version of Fluss this month, we can let users and developers know this change as early as possible.

Let's just remove it instead of deprecate in v0.7!
