Describe the feature

Currently, the fileset catalog only supports HDFS and local files, however, there is a great demand for GCS, so we'd better add support for it.

1.  Add a bundled jar for Hadoop GCS jar.
2. Support GCS in Hadoop catalog.

Users highly demand Fileset for GCS storage.
