The details of the page have been improved as shown below

1. Resource Metrics Memory readability enhancement. Before the modification, the memory display unit is MB. After modification, the readability is better.
2. SC State, if RUNNING, the font is displayed in green, in other states, the font is displayed in red.
3. The font spacing of SC Metrics has been modified for better display effect.
4. LastStartTime,LastHeartBeat display and RM's time display format are consistent.
