[Bug]: Save button is not acting correctly when saving via the file explorer

What happened?

Steps to reproduce:

Launch Hop and open the File Explore panel
Make some changes on the REAMME file and click the 'Save' button

Expected results:
The changes are saved (was able to commit and Push to Git), and the Save button is gray out (not active, this has been seen before).

Actual results:

• The changes are saved but the Save button is still active(not gray out).
