Motivation
Transform SQL support temporal functions(Including year, quarter, month, week, dayofyear and dayofmonth)
Modifications
Add one temporal function class
DateExtractFunctionand one classDateParserthat implements the classValueParser. Also, add the corresponding unit test codesVerifying this change
