This patch adds support for the new transactional APIs from KIP-664: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-664%3A+Provide+tooling+to+detect+and+abort+hanging+transactions#KIP664:Providetoolingtodetectandaborthangingtransactions-DescribeTransactions.
Note that this does not include support for the
