The latest release version jemalloc(v5.2.1) can not compile with XCode 11.4 SDK or newer and it has fixed in the dev branch. But seems the official has no plan to have a newer release, so we workaround by upgrading it to the production test commit which mentioned in: jemalloc/jemalloc#2060
