This PR adds a check in the tessellator to detect self-intersections so it can provide a more meaningful error to the user. This logic is disable by default but can be enabled by using the new overloaded method:
LatLonShape#createIndexableFields(String, Polygon, boolean)
XYShape#createIndexableFields(String, XYPolygon, boolean)
