Maven 4: Unable to resolve reactor artifacts

With maven 4.0 it seems that this plugin is unable to resolve reactor-artifacts: apache/plc4x#2337

Error:  Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-invoker-plugin:3.9.1:install (integration-test) on project plc4x-code-generation-language-c: The following artifacts could not be resolved: org.apache.plc4x:plc4x-code-generation:pom: (absent): Could not find artifact org.apache.plc4x:plc4x-code-generation:pom: in apache-releases (https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/releases) -> [Help 1]
