maven-resolver-transport-jdk source JAR in Maven Central doesn't contain sources

Just check https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/resolver/maven-resolver-transport-jdk/2.0.11/maven-resolver-transport-jdk-2.0.11-sources.jar 

I couldn't build this source jar even with `source:jar` goal, so must be something with the publishing to Maven Central...
