Just assume integrator (ie Maven) knows what is doing, as IF integrator wants to use ScopeManager, it needs to tie it into proper components (see suppliers). Otherwise this is really just a nasty issue/bug on integrator side.

Otherwise this is really just a nasty issue/bug on integrator side.
