[MNG-8407] Links from the SVG in https://maven.apache.org/ref/4.0.0-rc-1/ open in an iframe

Whenever I click on some of the links inside the SVG rendered on https://maven.apache.org/ref/4.0.0-rc-1/, they open an HTML page in a frame (with the dimensions of the original SVG).

The solution is to fix the links inside the SVG as outlined in https://stackoverflow.com/a/7017568/5155923.

This requires adding a target attribute to

maven/src/graph/ReactorGraph.java
