[FEATURE] Card interrupts for RPi4B #17269

The current support for the EMMC2 interface on the Raspberry Pi 4B does not have implemented card interrupts (see #17245). The hardware itself has a card-detect pin on the EMMC2 slot and the EMMC2 controller has interrupts for card insertion/removal, so it should be possible to trigger them. However, the implementation does not seem to get an interrupt trigger on insertion/removal despite enabling those interrupts.
Describe the solution you'd like
More troubleshooting is necessary to determine why those interrupts don't fire so that there is proper support for card hot-swapping.
