+1, test failures are not repro locally. The only one repro TestDeleteWithSlowFollower does not relate to this change. I will merge it shortly. |

What changes were proposed in this pull request?
The ACL types sent to authorizers is changed from sending "WRITE" ACL type always to sending appropriate ACL types as required.
