[Feature] Support Hive 4.0.0

Motivation

HIVE has now released 4.0.0. It solves many of the problems that HIVE 3.X has had for a long time. It is a production-ready version. We hope that the PaimonStorageHandle and hive-catalog can be used normally while using HIVE 4.0.0.

hello. Since HIVE stopped the maintenance of 1.X,2.X versions, the EOL of 3.X version is in progress.Can we add support for 4.X?
