I've added the new ConvertedType annotations to the logical types spec and submitted PR #5.

I've also noticed that the link on the incubator docs page still points to the markdown hosted on github. Where does the site live so I can submit a PR?

Thanks for the docs reviews Jacques and Nong! I've merged PR #5 and I think we can close this issue, with PARQUET-64 covering the remaining work to be done. I'll close it this afternoon unless someone wants to keep it open.
