Travis fails on branch 1.8.x

Travis error message:
The command "wget http://protobuf.googlecode.com/files/protobuf-2.5.0.tar.gz" failed and exited with 8 during .
The site googlecode.com is not working anymore. Based on master, we shall use https://github.com/google/protobuf/archive/v2.5.0.tar.gz instead.
