Missing distribution/standalone jars #1963

Describe the bug
From #1082, we were generating standalone jar as well as distribution archives. From the current main, we are only doing fast-jar without standalone and the distribution archive is also only based off fast-jar. Not sure if this is expected. This is not matching to what we have in the public doc as well as README.md files. For reference:
There is not standalone jar and single distribution archive based on this context from current main.
