No client in binary distribution

I don't see the client in the binary distribution, and that is quite confusing because this is never mentioned in the docs that I can see. Can the client be added to the binary distribution for the CLI?

Before we can do so, we will need changes from #2049. As of now, we are not publishing python client into the binary distribution.

Which client are we talking here ? The Spark plugin is a separate bundle jar, admin tool has its own distribution.
Are you refering the python client ?
Imho, it would be better to have a specific package for Python client.
