[fix][doc] Add the scope of key pairs for different clients #15526

Motivation

Fixes #15522

Modifications

  1. Clarify the scope of key pairs for different clients.
  2. Minor fixes.
  3. Apply both item1 and item2 to more historical versions of docs since 2.7.2.

The preview looks good.
