Per the comments, these appear to have been quite temporary anyway. These are sonatype staging repos. This one can be removed too, as it doesn't exist either. Yes, https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories was not a repo. Despite the comment I think this should go in before 1.2?

What I removed was for org.spark-project.hive, and those are already in maven central.
