What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This PR aims to upgrade kubernetes-client to 6.9.1.

Why are the changes needed?

This will bring us the following bug fixes including the CRD generator fix.

Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?

No.

K8s expects M or Mi. Since K8s client 3.6.1 enforces this check, I fixed this test case bug in this PR.

Should it be "512M" instead of "512m" ?
"Pay attention to the case of the suffixes. If you request 400m of ephemeral-storage, this is a request for 0.4 bytes. Someone who types that probably meant to ask for 400 mebibytes (400Mi) or 400 megabytes (400M)." https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/configuration/manage-resources-containers/

Could you review once more, @bjornjorgensen ? Although the test suite passed with and without the last commit, the last commit is the intended one as you commented. I verified manually too.

### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This PR aims to upgrade `kubernetes-client` to 6.9.1.

### Why are the changes needed?

This will bring us the following bug fixes including the CRD generator fix.

  - Fix fabric8io/kubernetes-client#5501: (crd-generator) Fix fallback value of Default annotation in presence of multiple accessors
