What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Remove --ONLY_IF spark for some subquery tests so that they are covered by PostgresSQLQueryTestSuite. This requires changing some SQL syntax, mostly that of view creation for these files.
Why are the changes needed?
To increase coverage of cross-DBMS correctness testing.
