I'd like to install prophet 1.1 but there's a package conflict with the
holidayspackage. prophet requires >=0.14.2 but superset has ==0.10.3.The pinned version in superset was added in #11418 due to https://github.com/dr-prodigy/python-holidays/issues/406 which has since been fixed. I believe the pinning is no longer necessary.
