[line][featureparity]double clicking legend to single select series

Another feature parity issue of legacy NVD3 and Echarts charts.
In nvd3, when users add a groupby or metrics to create multiple series on the chart, they can 1) single click legend to filter OUT the specific series. 2) double click legend to SELECT the series only.

Echarts time-series can only achieve 1 for now but not 2. user has to single click all unwanted series legend to view the desired one.

Let's make sure we reach 2 before killing nvd3 line.
