SUMMARY

Implements a dedicated "Missing dataset" message to replace the generic "Unexpected error".

1. Open a Dashboard with a dataset that does not exist
2. Observe the error message

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Has associated issue: Fixes [dashboard][error msg] Can we have specific error info in the error title  #16938
• Required feature flags:
• Changes UI
• Includes DB Migration (follow approval process in SIP-59)
  • Migration is atomic, supports rollback & is backwards-compatible
  • Confirm DB migration upgrade and downgrade tested
  • Runtime estimates and downtime expectations provided
• Introduces new feature or API
• Removes existing feature or API
