fix(chart): add missing toleration for init-job #23452

SUMMARY

Toleration option is correctly set for every task except the init-job. Need to fix that to be able to start superset using toleration

TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

To test, simply define a toleration in the values.yaml, deply superset using the Helm chart and check in the init-job manifest that toleration has been used

Please update the version and re-gen the README using helm-docs
