Duplicate ddl files

[aglinxinyuan]

There are two copies of texera_ddl.sql
One in
core/scripts/sql/texera_ddl.sql
The other in
deployment/k8s/texera-helmchart/files/texera_ddl.sql

They have their own purpose, but we should merge them and only keep a single copy.
